Thanks for sharing this story; it was entertaining. The twist to the “cleansing” was… well, uninspired. “Violence is the last refuge of the incompetent”. But the rest of the story was quite good.

I find it amusing that there is a warning for no sex. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic story.

I really enjoyed this story! It was full of wonderful twists and a profoundly beautiful statement about Love. Well done! I will note, however, one tiny pronoun slip. “Sylvia places a hand along the small of Billy’s back, guiding him out of the foyer.” I was completely thrown by Billy being a lady and found it to be a wonderful twist. However, I thought you may wish to edit the small pronoun slip. Or not! Just thought I’d bring it to your attention. Thank you for the story! Warmest Regards, Wendy
